




The company is seeking a JD Edwards professional with solid expertise in the Distribution suite to provide support in the Help Desk area for a diverse set of clients with an installed base: * **Desirable qualifications:** 1) Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the JD Edwards ERP. 2) In-depth knowledge of the Sales and TMS modules. 3) Advanced proficiency in providing support via ticket-based request systems. 4) Ability to adapt and effectively manage demanding clients. 5) Proficiency in English (minimum Intermediate level). * **Key responsibilities:** * Resolve tickets of varying complexity while meeting service-level agreement (SLA) requirements. * Collaborate closely with internal teams and client personnel. * Develop new solutions and identify opportunities to expand services for the client. * Demonstrate strong values conducive to high performance. * Work full-time and cover on-call shifts. * Hybrid work arrangement (remote work) with availability to attend client offices on-site and undertake occasional travel as required by operational needs.
