Your mission will be to drive the talent strategy, organizational culture, talent acquisition, retention and development, actively supporting international expansion.Strategic Responsibilities:Act as an active member of the executive committee, providing strategic vision in all corporate decisions.Design the talent strategy aligned with growth and internationalization objectives.Define and execute the global talent strategy, focusing on key markets such as the U.S., LATAM, Asia, and Europe.Develop continuous training programs, creating business-aligned and technology-driven learning initiatives.Implement People Analytics systems, using data to optimize decisions in areas such as retention, turnover, productivity, and employee satisfaction.Design competitive compensation policies.Ensure regulatory compliance, guaranteeing all operations meet local and international labor regulations.Manage labor relations, conducting collective negotiations and resolving workplace conflicts to promote a harmonious and collaborative environment.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, Labor Relations, or similar.Master’s degree or specialized training in International Talent Management and HR preferred, MBA or Executive Education.Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Human Resources, preferably within technology companies or startups with international expansion.Experience working in international, multicultural, and remote environments.Familiarity with advanced digital talent management tools (Factorial, BambooHR, Personio, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).Proficiency in People Analytics, HR metrics and OKRs, Agile methodologies applied to talent.Additional InformationLocation: Córdoba (Spain)Contract Type: PermanentFull-time: Full-timeSector: Engineering and AutomotivePositions Available: 1Discipline: ICTWork Mode: On-site \#J\-18808\-Ljbffr **Base Salary****:** Negotiable **Source****:** Whatjobs\_Ppc
