***Job Description:*** *Oversee the successful delivery of IT projects for our clients. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing projects ranging from Onboarding, Offboarding and IT migrations.* ***Roles \& Responsibilities:*** * *Review project scope, objectives, and requirements.* * *Conduct kickoff meetings with project team and stakeholders.* * *Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.* *Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.* * *Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project\-related activities.* * *Track project milestones and deadlines to ensure timely completion.* * *Develop recommendations for future projects based on lessons learned.* ***Qualification:*** * *Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with client requirements and company standards.* * *Coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources, assigning responsibilities to team members and monitoring progress to ensure adherence to project milestones and quality standards.* * *Communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to managment through regular meetings, reports, and presentations, fostering transparency, collaboration, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.* * *Conduct post\-project reviews and assessments to evaluate project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and capture best practices for future project delivery and continuous improvement.* ***Experience:*** * *Proven background in managing IT projects for MSPs or similar environments.* * *Understanding of RMM, backup solutions, and IT infrastructure.* * *Experience in ITSM tool such as Autotask is a plus.* * *Ability to lead and coordinate technical teams.* * *Skilled in risk management and conflict resolution.* * *Quick thinking to address issues and ensure project success.* * *Excellent time management and attention to detail.* *Work Location: Remote* *Work hours: 9 Am to 5 Pm EST, Mondays \- Fridays* Job Types: Full\-time, Contract, Permanent Contract length: 12 months Job Types: Full\-time, Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: $1,667,135\.00 per month
