We are looking for a Commercial Manager (Rosario) who wants to lead strategic relationships with customers and distributors, making a real impact on the industry. What will you do? (Key responsibilities) Develop and execute commercial strategies for the industrial aftermarket market. Manage relationships with distributors and key customers. Identify business and growth opportunities. Collaborate with technical Service and product teams to offer comprehensive solutions. Experience in B2B sales roles, ideally within technical or related industries. Leadership, negotiation skills, and strategic vision. Own transportation (mandatory) to visit customers and distributors, plus availability to travel. Experience with SAP, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and intermediate level of English. Autonomous, proactive, solution-oriented profile, motivated by teamwork.
