Responsibilities: ● New Customer Acquisition: Identify and actively contact potential customers to expand the company's client portfolio. ● Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, understand customer needs, and ensure maximum satisfaction. ● Quotation of Services and Spare Parts: Prepare and present detailed quotations for services and spare parts, tailored to each customer's specific requirements. ● Quotation Follow-up: Proactively follow up on submitted quotations, providing additional information and clarifications as needed. ● Invoicing: Manage the invoicing process accurately and promptly. ● Delivery and Customer Satisfaction Follow-up: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and conduct continuous follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction. Requirements: ● Proven after-sales sales experience, preferably in the road equipment sector. ● Basic technical knowledge of spare parts and services related to road equipment. ● Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. ● Results-oriented and ability to work independently. ● Valid driver's license.
