The HR Delivery team provides comprehensive support to employees and internal teams in Argentina and other Latin American countries, ensuring agile management. Our mission is to deliver an excellent experience for people, guaranteeing efficient processes and effective communication with various HR and business areas. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, internal movements, leaves and accommodations, using Salesforce and other internal tools. * Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in HR systems. * Provide high-quality support to employees, managers and internal teams by resolving inquiries, managing cases and offering guidance on process-related topics. * Coordinate the preparation of employment certificates, medical exams and other required documentation across various personnel processes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, among others) to resolve complex cases and contribute to continuous process improvement. * Monitor service levels (SLAs) and propose initiatives to optimize efficiency and employee experience. We are seeking analysts and HR students or related fields for different roles within the team: * Connect: First point of contact for employee inquiries. Manages requests, provides guidance and ensures fast and effective support, promoting a positive experience. * Core: Focused on administration of the Argentina payroll workforce. Manages leaves, hires and terminations, contracts, certificates and system updates in internal systems. * CRS: Responsible for HR and Payroll document management for Argentina and other LATAM countries.
