The Applied Intelligence area focused on SONG covers all types of solutions related to the end consumer, so it is necessary for the SONG profile to understand the concepts required to provide solutions aimed at solving problems or simply adding value, taking into account the specific requirements of different proposals. It is a curious profile that seeks root causes of problems and uses/proposes analytical tools to solve them through various techniques: ML, Segmentation, Optimization, etc. It must have knowledge and understanding of the different technical and functional stages within a data-driven project: from data acquisition and extraction from different sources, validation, manipulation, cleaning and transformation, ultimately leading to the development of a data model capable of meeting customer needs. Role Responsibilities Below are some of the responsibilities a SONG profile within the BDS team may carry out on a daily basis as part of a project team. * Must coordinate the execution of activities within a small team, ensuring they are completed on time and correctly. In case of delays, should feel comfortable reporting setbacks and creating a contingency plan. * Will work with experts in various fields such as optimization, machine learning, simulation, UX, etc. * Must interpret client requirements in order to estimate the time and effort required for task development. This estimation must consider available data, the impact of the requirement on the existing model, and potential effects on model output.
