Excellent working climate and teamwork Job Search: Project Manager – Industrial Engineering Location: Park Empresario Uriburu 6800 (Rosario) Company: AFG Engineering Job Objective: To comprehensively manage assigned projects from initiation to completion, coordinating interaction among all involved departments to ensure technical, economic, and schedule objectives are met, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and strengthening long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Plan and evaluate technical feasibility, project scope, costs, and required resources to define the execution strategy. Develop and lead project execution, coordinating work schedules across various departments to meet customer requirements. Efficiently manage human and financial resources assigned to the project to ensure profitability and timely delivery. Analyze and monitor project progress reports to track milestone achievement and identify deviations. Evaluate design aspects jointly with the customer and the Senior Mechanical Designer assigned to the project. Monitor and expedite critical procurement activities to prevent execution delays. Select suppliers participating in the project, considering technical quality and economic competitiveness. Supervise the work of designers assigned to the work order, validating developed designs. Coordinate internal cross-departmental efforts to ensure deliverables reach the plant on time and as specified. Track construction progress jointly with the Site Manager and Facilities Manager. Maintain close customer relations, providing accurate responses and supporting their needs throughout the project lifecycle. Consolidate information on expense forecasts, workload projections, and certifications for management reporting and decision-making support. Prepare final project reports identifying strengths, improvement opportunities, and lessons learned for future developments. Requirements: Graduate or advanced student in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (Mandatory). Proven experience of more than 3 years in industrial project management. Knowledge of project planning, cost control, and resource management. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Full-time availability and willingness to travel occasionally. Personal transportation Preferred Qualifications: Experience in mechanical engineering or industrial automation projects. Knowledge of project management methodologies.
