Leading the areas of: Accounting, Finance, Management Control, Payments, Accounts Receivable, and Human Resources, your mission will be to ensure the sustainability and growth of the Organization through strategic management of financial, administrative, and human resources, in close coordination with the General Manager. Key responsibilities include: ● Design and manage the annual budget, ensuring solid and efficient financial planning. ● Analyze results and project economic scenarios, providing key information and advising the board in decision-making. ● Optimize administrative, accounting, and operational processes, ensuring order, control, and regulatory compliance. ● Represent the organization before financial institutions and external agencies, ensuring transparency, regulatory compliance, and management aligned with best practices. ● Strengthen the administrative-financial and HR team, fostering a culture of efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all business support processes.
