Commercial Manager Category: Marketing We seek professionals with degrees in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Tourism, or Event Management, with experience in sales, business development, or corporate account management—preferably within service, hospitality, events, or corporate client service industries. Reports to: Commercial Manager Job Mission: Lead and supervise the commercial area, ensuring business development, execution of strategic opportunities, and relationships with key customers, thereby guaranteeing sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute the business’s commercial strategy. - Manage the portfolio of strategic customers and develop new business opportunities. - Supervise and coordinate the commercial team and Back Office to ensure effective tracking of opportunities, proposals, and pipeline. - Approve budgets, proposals, and commercial presentations prepared by the team. - Analyze commercial performance indicators and make decisions to optimize results. - Participate in corporate positioning initiatives and represent the company before key customers. - Coordinate with internal departments (operations, technical, gastronomy) to ensure proper execution of events and services for strategic customers. Requirements: - Proven experience in commercial or account management roles, preferably in services, hospitality, events, or corporate sectors. - Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, CRM, Google Workspace, or other management systems). - Leadership, communication, negotiation, and results-oriented skills.
