We are looking for a support engineer with approximately 2 to 4 years of experience in the field. **Job requirements** **Required knowledge:** * Experience in administration, installation, and maintenance of devices such as laptops, desktop computers, printers, Android tablets, and mobile devices, as well as support for Windows and MacOS operating systems. * Ability to coordinate with remote and on-site support teams, ensuring service requests and incidents are resolved effectively and promptly. * Extensive experience with the Service Now tool (incident registration, management, and reporting). * English language proficiency is desirable (conversational and written). **General Activities** On-site IT support: · Inventory management, administration, and maintenance of devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, MAC devices, IHMS data collectors, etc.) · Technical support for networks and servers IMAC and Break\-Fix support: · Installation of devices and software, movement, addition of new components, configuration changes, and eventually removal or decommissioning of assets no longer needed. · Meeting Room Support: · Provide intelligent technical support for conference room devices. **Additional Information:** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM **Location:** Av.
