




We are seeking a skilled **Desktop Support Engineer** to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of desktop systems, applications, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer\-focused, and able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide first\-line and second\-line support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware issues. * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and updates. * Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and software\-related issues. * Assist users with email, collaboration tools, and business applications. * Document incidents, solutions, and IT procedures in the ticketing system. * Collaborate with IT teams to deploy and maintain IT infrastructure. * Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices. **Qualifications:** * Proven experience in desktop support, IT helpdesk, or related role. * Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems. * Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and common enterprise software. * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills. * IT certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Microsoft MCSA, or equivalent are a plus.
