




**Offer Details** ------------------------- For a well-known commercial company in Rosario, we are seeking an Administrative/Accounting professional. The person in this role will have the following main tasks and responsibilities: \* Invoicing; issuing receipts, cash management, handling invoicing and cash register operating systems, recording transactions related to invoicing, collections, and cash sheet management. * Customer and supplier communication and interaction. * Banking operations; deposits, bank reconciliations, document filing, online banking management, tax payments, service payments, and salary disbursements. * Management of petty cash, funds, and their reporting. * Recording purchase invoices into the operating system. * Supplier payments, check issuance, and associated recordkeeping. * Reconciliation of customer and supplier current accounts. * Preparation of information for banks. * Monthly monitoring of employee working hours to be sent to the accounting firm. * Management and control of VAT for purchases and sales. * Document archiving. * Management and updating of employee personnel files. We are looking for a young professional studying or recently graduated in Public Accounting (advanced student or recent graduate) with demonstrable experience in accounting administration tasks (similar to the functions described). We value proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills for teamwork, and willingness to perform multitasking within a growing SME organization. This is a full-time, on-site position.
