As part of our expansion into short\-term rentals, we are seeking a detail\-oriented **Short Stay Properties Manager: Open to Candidates Based in Argentina (Fully Remote) from** Argentina to help us deliver an outstanding guest experience across platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and others. **Job Overview** **Short Stay Properties Manager: Open to Candidates Based in Argentina (Fully Remote)** will be responsible for the day\-to\-day management of our short\-term rental units. The ideal candidate will be experienced in short\-term rental operations, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely. This role requires someone who can communicate effectively with guests, coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams, and utilize property management software like Hostify. **Key Responsibilities***: Platform, Listing \& Booking Management* * Manage and optimize short\-term rental listings across all platforms, primarily Airbnb and Booking.com. * Create listings from scratch, including: property descriptions, photo selection, amenities setup, pricing, occupancy settings, rules, and profile verification. * Ensure all listings meet the platforms’ documentation, verification, policy, and safety requirements. * Maintain expert\-level knowledge of Airbnb \& Booking.com rules, policies, fees, cancellation terms, dispute procedures, and account health systems. * Communicate directly with Airbnb and Booking.com support teams/offices to resolve listing issues, disputes, verifications, or escalations. * Continuously optimize listing performance to increase visibility, ranking, occupancy, and guest satisfaction. **Guest Relations \& Customer Service** * Provide high\-quality customer service to guests from inquiry to check\-out. * Respond to all guest communications promptly, professionally, and in alignment with company hospitality standards. * Handle problems efficiently, including: booking errors, complaints, emergency situations, and conflict resolution. * Manage guest reviews, write responses, and apply feedback to improve operations. **Safety, Security \& Emergency Coordination** * Coordinate with security personnel, building management, or local contacts in case of emergencies. * When required, contact local police authorities following company protocol (e.g., disturbances, unauthorized guests, safety risks, or criminal behavior). * Assist in scheduling and facilitating property inspections, safety checks, and compliance\-related visits. * Maintain clear reporting logs for all incidents and escalated cases. **Cleaning, Maintenance \& Housekeeping Oversight** * Coordinate cleaning staff, maintenance teams, and third\-party service providers to ensure timely turnovers and property readiness. * Inspect or verify cleaning standards and respond to cleaning or maintenance issues immediately. * Ensure all properties meethealth, safety, maintenance, and cleanliness standards at all times. * Follow up on repairs, emergency fixes, and preventive maintenance needs. **Daily Operations \& Coordination** * Oversee day\-to\-day operations of multiple short\-term rental properties across different platforms. * Use PMS tools (e.g., Hostify or similar) to synchronize calendars, pricing, availability, and communications. * Prevent double bookings, update rates, and maintain accurate calendars. * Monitor property performance, occupancy trends, pricing strategies, and general listing health. **Reporting \& Documentation** * Prepare and deliver occupancy reports, revenue summaries, and operational updates. * Document all maintenance issues, guest incidents, and property conditions. * Provide weekly performance and operations reports to management. **Priority Requirements (Must\-Haves)** * Advanced knowledge of Airbnb and Booking.com platform policies, fees, rules, listing structures, and dispute management. * Proven experience creating successful listings from scratch (descriptions, photography setup, rules, pricing, and compliance). * Experience communicating with Airbnb/Booking support to resolve escalations. * Strong background in customer service and guest conflict resolution. * Ability to coordinate cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and emergency responses. * Strong English communication skills. * Ability to work independently, with high responsibility and judgment. **Qualifications \& Required Skills** * Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. * 1–2 years of proven experience managing short\-term rentals or hospitality operations (Airbnb/Booking.com experience is essential). * Strong, practical knowledge of Airbnb and Booking.com policies, rules, fees, cancellations, compliance requirements, and listing optimization. * Demonstrated ability to create and manage high\-performing listings from scratch on both platforms. * Experience using Hostify or similar property/channel management systems (PMS). * Strong ability to coordinate and supervise remote teams (cleaners, maintenance, contractors). * Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time\-management skills, especially in fast\-paced environments. * High attention to detail and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. * Professional verbal and written communication skills in English. * Ability to work during most European business hours (GMT\+1\). * Able to handle emergencies, escalations, and operational incidents with responsibility and sound judgment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets) — required for daily reporting and documentation. * Strong sense of ownership, independence, and problem\-solving skills. **Benefits** * Competitive salary *
