As we expand our operations, we are looking for a passionate and skilled ***Human Resources Manager*** to join our team remotely, from Argentina. **Job Overview** We are seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive **Human Resources Manager** who will oversee all contractor\-related HR functions. The HR Manager will manage recruitment, contract terms, scheduling, performance, compensation packages, availability calendars, and compliance. This role is both operational and strategic, supporting the company’s growth by ensuring our contractor base is effectively managed and aligned with business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** Recruitment \& Sourcing: * Create and post job/contractor opportunity listings (job boards, social media, niche sites) * Source, screen, and shortlist candidates * Conduct interviews * Coordinate with hiring managers to select and onboard contractors Workforce Scheduling \& Availability: * Maintain a central calendar of contractor availability, holidays, and working hours * Track actual hours worked and flag irregularities * Coordinate coverage for absenteeism, vacations, and peak periods Contract Management \& Compensation: * Draft, maintain, and update contractor agreements / terms * Propose and administer compensation packages (rates, bonuses, allowances) * Benchmark market rates and adjust as needed * Manage invoicing, payments, and compliance with tax / regulatory requirements if needed Performance \& Feedback: * Set up performance evaluation processes for contractors * Facilitate regular feedback, reviews, or check\-ins * Address performance issues or contract terminations where needed Data \& Reporting (HR Metrics): * Maintain accurate HR databases / spreadsheets (contractor info, hours, compensation, performance) * Generate regular reports (e.g. utilization rates, turnover, hiring time, cost per hire) * Use data to recommend process improvements Culture, Onboarding \& Engagement: * Design and deliver onboarding for new contractors * Facilitate orientation, training sessions, or introductory materials * Promote engagement, contractor satisfaction, and retention initiatives Administrative \& Miscellaneous: * Manage holiday calendars and contract renewals * Maintain confidentiality of HR and contractor data * Assist with special HR projects as needed **Skills and Qualifications:** * At least 1 year of experience in HR Management * Ability to work majority Irish business hours (GMT\+1\) * Hands\-on recruitment and interviewing experience * Strong organizational, time\-management, and multitasking skills * Proficiency with HR tools, hiring platforms, spreadsheets, databases. * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage ambiguity * Good analytical ability and comfort with metrics / reporting * Ability to work independently and remotely with a high level of accountability * Fluent in English **Benefits** * Competitive salary * Part\-time remote work with flexible schedule options * Opportunity to shape and grow a commercial real estate portfolio * Supportive and international work environment * Professional development and training opportunities **How to Apply:** We are excited to meet driven individuals who are passionate about real estate!
