Main Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and execute the overall business strategy together with the Board of Directors. Translate the brand's purpose into growth and impact plans. Lead the global expansion process, ensuring identity consistency. Comprehensive Area Management Supervise key areas: Product, Marketing, Logistics, Sales, Administration, and Organizational Culture. Ensure cross-functional alignment and collaboration across departments. Guarantee achievement of commercial, operational, and impact objectives. Financial Management Oversee financial health, budgets, cash flow, and economic reporting. Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and profitable scalability. Develop and implement strategies to make the company more attractive to potential investors. Manage relationships with current and potential investors, presenting growth and investment opportunities. Representation & Relationships Act as the institutional representative before investors, strategic partners, stores, ambassadors, and the community. Participate in critical negotiations with suppliers, customers, and key entities. Impact and Culture Ensure implementation of the triple-impact plan and B Corp vision. Foster a creative, authentic, horizontal, and regenerative organizational culture. Promote employee well-being and internal talent development. Required Profile Academic Background Degrees in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related fields. Work Experience 3+ years leading high-performance teams. Preferably in business operations with impact. Desirable: experience in brands, action sports, impact, or community. Strong decision-making ability and adaptability in changing environments. Proficiency in team management, strategic planning, and processes. Advanced English proficiency (required) for managing international relationships and global expansion. Experience preparing presentations for investors.
