**Job Details** ------------------------- Within the context of growth and development currently underway at Universidad Austral in Rosario, we are seeking a Graduate Programs Director with strategic capacity to lead, coordinate, consolidate, and expand the graduate program offerings. The primary objective of this role is to strengthen academic quality, promote educational innovation, and enhance the regional and international positioning of the programs. Main Responsibilities Ensure academic excellence and strategic alignment with the institutional mission of all graduate programs. Design and implement a strategy for growth and regional positioning of graduate programs. Identify emerging trends in graduate education and develop innovative academic proposals. Establish and strengthen institutional ties with foreign universities, promoting agreements, dual degrees, and international experiences for faculty and students. Drive program commercialization by collaborating closely with marketing, admissions, and institutional relations teams. Actively participate in academic forums and national and international conferences related to graduate education. Evaluate and periodically update the value proposition of each program, ensuring its relevance in the market and alignment with professional and business environment needs. Promote the professionalization of academic and non-academic management through process development (design, auditing, and review of processes). This position reports to the Dean of the Rosario Campus and will lead the Directors of Master's, Doctoral, and Certificate programs at the Rosario Campus, as well as the Coordinator of Graduate Logistics and Quality. Requirements Bachelor's and postgraduate university degree (preferably a relevant master’s degree). Proven experience in academic management, program development, and leadership of teaching teams. Not exclusive. Strategic vision and ability to anticipate trends in higher education. Strong commercial and institutional relationship skills. High capacity for innovation, critical thinking, and results orientation. Proficiency in English and availability to travel domestically and internationally.
