As a **Consultant** in the area of **Commerce \& Sales Transformation**, you will play a key and strategic role within our Consulting business, providing support on transformation projects for our clients. This enables us to quickly approach each new project. * We diagnose: We work virtually or in person with our clients to gather relevant information to understand their situation and aspirations. * We design: We shape the optimal scenario, leveraging Accenture's experience and know\-how to identify the best solutions to our clients' challenges, generating competitive advantages for their businesses. * We recommend: We present a transformation plan with clear benefits along with the required investment and effort. * We share: We exchange our experiences with team members and learn from others’ experiences. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Advanced or bilingual English proficiency. * Education: Graduate of Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Profile with strong problem-solving skills, solid data management abilities, knowledge of Design Thinking, and experience with agile methodologies and project management. * 3\-6 years of professional experience focused on sales or sales support, marketing; experience in consulting is desirable, along with familiarity with digital platforms and automation. Ideally, experience in Sales Operations \& Sales Effectiveness areas. ✔ **IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in defining and executing Go\-To\-Market and Route\-to\-Market strategies in B2B and B2C environments. * Analysis of sales process performance from lead management and sales pipeline tracking through to conversion. * Commercial planning. Strategy and management of key accounts and sales channels and partners. Management of sales force and channel incentives and compensation. Proficiency in sales analytics and key commercial KPIs. * Leadership and support in client needs assessment sessions and results presentations. * Conducting and interacting with clients during working sessions, meetings, and deliverables, proposing best practices and advising on every aspect based on the project scope. * Design and implementation of commercial processes, identification of transformation gaps, and proposal of digital technologies that can help clients achieve sustainable growth with agility and scale. * Knowledge of sales and quotation processes across the entire customer lifecycle, from product configuration and pricing to contract management, sales conversion, and order processing. Price analysis and approval processes. * Team coaching \& counselling. Stakeholder management. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * A master’s degree or other postgraduate studies, as well as additional certifications, will be highly valued. * Strong communication skills, understanding of storytelling, and ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients. * Experience in consulting and/or sales transformation projects across various industries. * Interest in working with digital platforms, from design through configuration and implementation. * Proficiency in Analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc., and data modeling. * Knowledge of process design and automation. * Mapping of commercial capabilities enabled by digital commerce technologies such as CRM (Salesforce Cloud and/or Salesforce Communities and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales), Sales Automation, CPQ, Incentive Compensation Management, Data Visualization, and others.
