JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT The RTR Senior Analyst - Statutory & FR performs activities related to the preparation of financial information, accounting standard adjustments, and the preparation of statutory financial statements. Leads and coordinates the execution and follow-up of requirements requested by external audits until the audit report is obtained. Additionally, responsible for performing other corporate procedures to ensure companies comply with government agencies. This role also leads process execution improvements, implements process changes and continuous improvements, and supports audit-related activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **ACCOUNTING STANDARD RECONCILIATIONS AND FINANCIAL STATEMENT PREPARATION:** Performs adjustments between different accounting standards, prepares accounting reconciliations, and compiles complete annual, monthly, and quarterly interim financial statements. AUDIT MANAGEMENT: Leads and coordinates the relationship with the external auditor and ensures compliance with activities arising from audits, including deadline management, coordination with various internal teams, preparation of documentation to be submitted to auditors, and leading meetings and discussions with auditors. STATUTORY PROCEDURES: Performs required activities to meet compliance obligations with government agencies in the country where the company operates, including copying and updating corporate accounting ledgers, preparing and responding to surveys, leading accounting certification processes, and other required corporate reports. COMPLIANCE AND POLICY CONSISTENCY: Updates and maintains standard operating procedures in a timely manner and supervises operational compliance with financial transaction recording standards, including company accounting policies, legal reporting regulations, and tax regulations. BUSINESS PARTNERING: Maintains positive relationships with clients and other business partners, directly responding to business contacts or clients to deliver accurate processes. PROCESS EXECUTION IMPROVEMENT: Applies general knowledge of operational practices, procedures, and internal controls to identify opportunities for execution improvement to drive operational excellence and data integrity enabling analysis and understanding. #LI-CC3 #LI-Hybrid QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Graduate degree in public accounting Preferred Minimum of three years of related work experience Advanced proficiency in Office suite tools (primarily Excel) Intermediate level of English language proficiency Knowledge of accounting standards NIF / USGAAP Experience related to auditing and financial statement preparation At Cargill, every person matters.
