





The **Training Enablement S****pecialist** **– Change Management** role focuses on assisting in the execution of training programs that drive the successful adoption of change initiatives. This position provides coordination, content support, and administrative assistance to ensure smooth training execution and knowledge dissemination across teams. **Roles \& Responsibilities:** * Assist in implementing training strategies to support change initiatives and employee transitions * Support the creation of learning materials, including ILT, e\-learning modules, webinars, and job aids * Coordinate with Change Management, HR, and business teams to understand training requirements and logistics * Help align training content with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) * Train and facilitate scheduling, communication, and logistics for training sessions * Gather and analyze training feedback to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements * Stay updated on best practices in training enablement and change management **Professional \& Technical Skills:** * Strong organizational and multitasking skills to support training execution * Ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities * Basic understanding of Agile or fast\-paced change environments **Additional Information:** * Be part of a dynamic team driving impactful change initiatives * Opportunity to support innovative learning and development programs * Work in a collaborative and inclusive environment If you are passionate about training, change enablement, and enhancing employee learning experiences, we’d love to hear from you! About Our Company \| Accenture **Basic Qualification:** * Bachelor's or master's degree in organizational development, Learning \& Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field * Advanced command of the English language * 8\+ years in training support, instructional coordination, or learning \& development, preferably in a change management environment * Experience in supporting training design and development (ILT, e\-learning, webinars, workshops) * Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) * Strong coordination, communication, and facilitation skills * Experience assisting in Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and e\-learning technologies * Ability to support content creation using Gen AI tools * Collaboration with Change Management, HR, and business teams to ensure training enablement **Good\-to\-Have Skills:** * Exposure to Change Management (e.g., Prosci Certification) or Training \& Development principles * Experience working in Agile or change\-driven environment * Understanding of digital transformation and Gen AI adoption training ***¡A unique workplace.
