The role combines performance management, talent processes, and data-driven insights, working closely with HRBPs, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive capability building, foster leadership development, and support employee growth initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Support key talent processes, including Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). * Design and facilitate development programs, workshops and development initiatives for employees across the organization. * Analyze data, monitor participation, and generate actionable insights and reports to inform decision-making. * Support the development of tools and processes related to Learning & Development. * Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders. **Qualifications** **Experience:** 3 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, or Learning & Development. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Sciences or related fields. **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in digital tools and HR systems. * Workday knowledge is a plus. * Advanced English. * Experience collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams. **Core Competencies** * Proven ability to lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions. * Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Experience in industrial or operational environments is a plus. **Additional Information** **Location**: Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina.
