Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Planning Analyst to manage team development and the commercial strategy, with a focus on training, budgeting, and incentive programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage team development for the commercial strategy. 2. Participate in delivering and updating training programs. 3. Administer incentive programs and supporting administrative tasks. We are looking for a Commercial Planning Analyst whose primary objective is to manage all aspects required for the optimal development of work teams, in alignment with the company’s commercial strategy. Key responsibilities include: Generate necessary reports for decision-making regarding team training Provide support in achieving staffing and productivity budget objectives, and monitor staffing and productivity indicators Participate in delivering and conducting training sessions Develop and update training content Administer and communicate the company’s incentive programs in accordance with current policies Execute and oversee administrative tasks that support optimizing employee and team productivity, tracking defined indicators Requirements: What do we value?
