To continue its evolution and for its offices located in downtown **Rosario**, it requires: **MAINTENANCE AND FACILITIES COORDINATOR** We are exclusively looking for a professional with solid experience in similar positions, preferably in service companies, construction firms or related industries operating under excellence standards. Leading a team, your mission will be to ensure the optimal performance of building assets and associated services, integrating people, spaces, processes, and technology, with a focus on operational efficiency and internal customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: * Plan, coordinate, and supervise corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities, defining required timelines, materials, and resources. * Consolidate and strengthen the maintenance management system, achieving optimal efficiency levels within the department. * Identify process improvement opportunities and lead change implementations to enhance efficiency. * Prepare management reports to present to senior management. * Supervise and evaluate contracted suppliers to ensure delivery of excellent service. Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, ISO 14.000, ISO 9.000, and OSHAS 18.000 standards will be valued, as well as leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
