We are currently seeking a **Help Desk**. **Main responsibilities of this position include:** \- Provide first-level technical support to users, resolving issues related to company software and hardware. \- Record and manage incidents through the ticketing system, ensuring proper follow-up until resolution. \- Install, configure, and update software applications according to user needs and company security policies. \- Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and resolve recurring issues and improve support processes. \- Maintain detailed documentation of procedures and solutions, contributing to the shared knowledge of the technical support team. **Requirements** \- At least 2 years of previous experience in help desk or technical support roles. \- Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure management software and information security. \- *On-site work mode.* Proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, and an innovative approach to challenges will be highly valued.
