We are currently seeking a Mechanical Technician for our Timbúes, Santa Fe Cogeneration Thermal Plant. Responsibilities: Perform assigned maintenance tasks; properly report any anomalies and findings; comply with health, safety, and environmental guidelines applicable to the job. Tasks: Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant assets; prepare maintenance reports and record them in SAP; assist the area supervisor in work planning, spare parts management, and coordination of tasks assigned to contracted personnel. ### **Requirements** Skills: Knowledge of mechanical systems: understanding the operation of turbines, pumps, valves, and other equipment; knowledge of machinery lubrication; use of measuring instruments and tools, both manual and electric; experience in semi-automatic welding and machining; ability to work under industrial safety standards; reading of technical drawings and schematics; SAP proficiency (desirable). Required Experience: In large-scale industries, having worked in similar roles with rotating equipment, manual and automatic valves, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and high-pressure boilers. Position Objectives: Ensure asset reliability and availability; conduct in-depth analysis of equipment and related maintenance activities; maintain order and commitment to completing assigned tasks on time. Work Location: Timbúes, Santa Fe. Work Mode: 100% onsite Transportation provided from reference points in nearby areas. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
