Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Director for a dietary supplement manufacturing facility, responsible for quality control, process management, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead quality control and food safety in dietary supplement production. 2. Optimize production processes and ensure regulatory compliance. 3. Train the team and serve as the technical reference for authorities. We are looking for a Technical Director for a dietary supplement manufacturing facility in Granadero Baigorria. Main Responsibilities: Quality and Food Safety Control: Supervise physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses of raw materials and finished products. Implement and monitor Prerequisite Programs (POES, pest control, GMP) and systems such as HACCP. Evaluate product conformity and manage recalls of non-conforming batches. Process and Production Management: Monitor and analyze production processes to improve efficiency and quality. Make decisions regarding technologies, process design, and risk management. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food handling, and allergen regulations. Regulatory Compliance and Documentation: Design, implement, and maintain the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Manual and the HACCP Plan. Control records, traceability systems, shelf life, and labeling. Manage official inspections and respond to non-conformities. Training and Leadership: Train staff on hygiene, food handling, and other procedures. Serve as the technical reference to resolve production deviations. Relationship with Authorities: Act as the liaison and accompany official external audits.
