Job Summary: Production Coordinator responsible for supervising the production sector, planning orders, managing resources, and leading teams to ensure operational continuity and compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and organize work teams in the production sector. 2. Plan and ensure fulfillment of production orders. 3. Analyze indicators and propose process improvements. General Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the overall operation of the production sector. * Plan and monitor production orders, ensuring on-time delivery. * Manage departmental resources (personnel, materials, and machinery). * Lead the work team, organizing tasks and supporting performance. * Analyze management indicators, identify deviations, and propose improvements. * Coordinate with Logistics, Engineering, and Sales departments to ensure material availability and operational continuity. * Supervise proper documentation management within the sector (work orders, records, and traceability). * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
