




**Example of what your day will be like** Responsible for all activities related to mechanical maintenance. Lead and organize the team of mechanics in planning and executing maintenance tasks. You will need to review the list of spare parts required for corrective and preventive maintenance for their efficient use. Must assign responsibilities to personnel under their charge as maintenance needs arise at the plant. Regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Rotating on-call shifts to cover plant emergencies 24x7. **How you will stand out** * Develop and execute the Mechanical Maintenance Plan, including preventive, predictive, and corrective actions. * Plan tasks within their area to meet contractual commitments with the customer, both in daily operations and during plant shutdowns. * Comply with and enforce Siemens Energy's internal standards and procedures, as well as applicable client internal procedures related to the Maintenance contract. * Supervise planned maintenance tasks according to schedule, ensuring work is performed efficiently. * Establish performance standards and evaluate results. * Develop and improve specific work procedures within their area. **What you bring** * Mechanical Engineers or related fields * Advanced level of English * Proven experience in maintenance field * Basic knowledge of ISO standards * Knowledge of Gas and Steam Turbines in combined cycle power plants * Knowledge and experience in maintenance and/or assembly of water treatment plants, Cooling Towers, gas regulation and filtration systems, diesel fuel filtration and storage **Who is Siemens Energy?** At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
