We seek a professional with solid experience in industrial operations management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams, capable of integrating technical and commercial areas, driving continuous improvement and achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives. · Key Responsibilities: Define and implement the company’s operational strategy. Lead the comprehensive management of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate resource allocation and prioritization jointly with Management. Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and agreements with strategic clients. Identify operational and contractual risks, defining mitigation actions. Promote continuous improvement of processes and management methodologies. Supervise the performance of leaders and teams, fostering professional development. Serve as the liaison between Management, clients, and internal departments. Requirements: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fields. Minimum 8 years of experience in operations management, industrial project roles, or similar positions. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of: Project management (planning, monitoring, and control). Industrial and production processes. Interpretation of mechanical and electrical engineering documentation. Resource and budget management. ERP systems and project management tools. Languages: Intermediate/advanced English and/or Portuguese. We Value: Project Management certifications (PMI or similar).
