We are currently seeking Hosts/Hostesses to join our team and deliver an excellence-oriented experience to every customer entering our dealership and workshop. · We seek dynamic, empathetic, and proactive candidates with strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve situations promptly and courteously. · Responsibilities: Reception and welcoming of customers upon arrival at the dealership and workshop Accompanying and directing customers within the facilities Assisting with vehicle entry and parking Providing courteous, professional, and personalized service Coordinating the flow of customers and vehicles entering the premises Identifying customer needs and routing inquiries to the appropriate department Supporting order and organization in the reception area Creating a positive experience from the first contact with the company · Requirements: Customer service experience or similar positions Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics Ability to work collaboratively and under continuous service demands Valid driver's license (mandatory) Completed secondary education (technical school graduates preferred) Availability and commitment to service quality · We Offer: Joining a leading company in the automotive sector Excellent work environment and a committed team Ongoing training and opportunities for professional development Job stability and competitive conditions · Apply by attaching your updated CV.
