Job Summary: An engineering company is seeking an experienced production manager for civil works to coordinate, plan, and supervise projects, managing teams and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and site management in civil engineering projects 2. End-to-end production management, from planning to certification 3. Team leadership and supervision of progress and quality on construction sites An engineering company requires a production manager for civil works with proven experience. Responsibilities: - Site coordination and/or management / Construction planning / Certification. - Daily task scheduling. - Material procurement. - Equipment supply. - Subcontractor liaison and control. - Supervision of progress and quality of scheduled tasks. - Certification and approval of completed project phases. - Client communications and management. - Workforce organization and onboarding of new operators. Mandatory Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of verifiable experience in similar roles within medium-sized engineering and construction service companies. - Civil engineering professional. - Experience working at height. - Knowledge of mechanics and metalworking. - Experience in construction scheduling, budgeting, cost analysis, and cost control. - Proficiency in using and reading standard measurement instruments. - Valid driver’s license. - Willingness to travel.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Tertiary 10 years of experience Languages: Spanish Age: 40–60 years Skills: Microsoft Office, Construction Management Driver’s License: B1 Willingness to Travel: Yes Keywords: leader, site manager, manager, director, chief, lead, site supervisor, superintendent, construction, building, construction site, erect, building construction
