Teamwork in a proactive environment with varied responsibilities. We are currently looking for Kitchen Assistants and general kitchen staff on a full-time basis with rotating shifts. Requirements Be a graduate or current student of a gastronomy program. Possess a food handling permit. Have at least one year of experience in similar positions. Proactivity, dynamism, responsibility, and teamwork skills are highly valued. Must be available to cover any of the company’s sales points or events as required. Main Responsibilities: Order dispatch upon verbal order. Execute production plans, complete worksheets, records, etc. Perform kitchen tasks under the supervision of the chef. Prepare mise en place for dishes, sauces, dressings, and menus; wash, peel, and process vegetables; mince meat; slice cheeses and cold cuts; maintain kitchen cleanliness and order. Labeling and organizing refrigerated storage units and warehouses. Assist in conducting inventories. Assist with goods receipt. Maintain workplace order and cleanliness before and after activities.
