Warehouse Manager What will be your main responsibilities? - Plan and coordinate key plant areas: Receiving, Warehouse, Picking, Shipping, and Maintenance. - Monitor and manage the warehouse’s overall operations. - Design and track inventory and stock management indicators. - Plan fleet distribution and staffing strategy. - Implement logistics best practices and procedures aligned with quality standards. - Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene policies. - Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment. Role Purpose You will serve as the liaison between management and the operational team, ensuring organization and efficiency across all processes. Your vision and leadership will be critical to continuously improving operations, enhancing quality, and promoting teamwork. What are we looking for in your profile? Mandatory Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in similar warehouse/logistics roles. - Strong leadership, teamwork, proactivity, and initiative skills. - Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of legal regulations and performance indicator management. Desirable Requirements: - Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. - Experience implementing administrative procedures. - Knowledge of team management and logistics best practices. - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. - Work mode: On-site.
