Job Summary: We are seeking a Ticket Analyst for fyo in Rosario, Santa Fe, to formalize commercial operations and document business transactions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the opening and maintenance of customer and supplier accounts. 2. Prepare and register commercial tickets, ensuring compliance. 3. You will play a key role in formalizing commercial operations, ensuring each transaction is properly documented and progresses within defined workflows. Rosario, Santa Fe (Hybrid work model; initially on-site) Main Responsibilities: Manage the opening and maintenance of customer, buyer, and supplier accounts, ensuring proper system and exchange registration. Prepare, send, and register commercial tickets, guaranteeing compliance with requirements. Identify deviations, delays, or risks in contracts and provide visibility to the commercial team for resolution. Manage documentation, correspondence, and registrations with Commodity Exchanges and other regulatory bodies. Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers, providing clear and timely answers. Adhere to internal controls and support continuous improvement of departmental processes. Participate in training sessions and support the onboarding of new team members. Requirements: We seek a customer-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and simultaneous situations. Tertiary or university degree in Agribusiness-related fields, Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within the agribusiness sector (not mandatory). Proficiency in computer tools (Excel and management systems). Also Valued: Strong interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers. Proactive profile with initiative and ability to resolve complex situations.
