Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for the assembly, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure, including towers, antennas, and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Work at heights and handling of Ericsson, Huawei, and/or Nokia technologies We are recruiting for a leading company specializing in the installation, maintenance, and assembly of telecommunications infrastructure. Work Location: Rosario, Santa Fe. Working Hours: Full-time, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Employment Mode: On-site. Contract Type: Permanent. Offered: Employment under the UOCRA collective agreement. Responsibilities: Assembly, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications towers, antennas, and equipment. Installation of systems at height and inspection of metallic structures. Participation in integration, commissioning, and support tasks for technological swaps (4G/5G). Support for basic network optimization tasks. Verification of on-site safety conditions. Recording of completed tasks and preparation of technical reports. Participation in monthly rotating on-call shifts. Requirements: Proven experience working at heights (mandatory). Experience with mobile networks 4G LTE / 5G NR. Experience with Ericsson, Huawei, and/or Nokia technologies. Prior experience with operators such as Telefónica, Telecom, and/or Claro. Knowledge of on-site safety regulations. Valid driver's license (mandatory). Availability for fieldwork and travel. Good physical condition and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks. Ability to work collaboratively, take responsibility, and operate autonomously. Preferred Qualifications: Technical education in telecommunications, electronics, or electrical engineering. Certifications for working at heights and harness use. Experience in telecommunications infrastructure.
