Your main functions and responsibilities will be: * Layout definition * Workstation design * Ergonomic analysis of workstations * Definition of work methodologies * Time studies and standard setting * Productivity control * Improvement of existing processes * Analysis of improvement projects * Definition of workstation supply * Design and construction of transport and supply elements * Management of documentation related to the manufacturing process (SW) * Active participation in multidisciplinary continuous improvement teams * Management of specific improvement projects (Facilities, Manufacturing Processes, Quality, and Safety) * Leading implementation of changes in the manufacturing process due to new product development and/or improvements in product design, processes, quality, safety, and maintenance. We seek a candidate with excellent communication skills, methodical approach, internal customer and service orientation, ability to work effectively in teams, and a proactive attitude. Proven experience in this role is required; experience in mass production of consumer goods, time study analysis management, and Lean manufacturing processes is highly valued.
