As a QA Ssr, your mission will be to guarantee that every development meets the highest quality standards before going into production, contributing your analytical perspective and commitment to continuous improvement. Your main responsibilities will include: - Testing features completed by the development team to ensure proper functionality. - Identifying and reporting defects or incidents for prompt correction. - Recording all tasks and findings in the area’s management tool. - Maintaining effective and collaborative communication with the development team. What is the purpose of this position? To ensure quality and optimal performance of developments, contributing to continuous product improvement and guaranteeing an impeccable user experience. What are we looking for in you? Mandatory requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. - Proficiency in management systems. - Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., invoicing). - Basic SQL Server skills. - Proactive, dynamic, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented profile. - Excellent teamwork and customer service orientation. - Strong sense of responsibility and flexibility. Desirable: - Experience in business-process-oriented testing environments. - Communication and organizational skills.
