




Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics professional to coordinate transportation operations, optimize routes, and manage the vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a professional to join our logistics team at a company located in the southwest area of Rosario. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate the assignment of vehicles and drivers (in-house and third-party) for each trip. Design and optimize distribution routes. Monitor and control units via GPS system. Maintain contact with customers and cargo providers to offer and coordinate services. Ensure compliance with current regulations. Manage complaints and resolve incidents related to drivers and vehicles. Record operations in the management system. Collaborate with various departments within the company. Coordinate with plant personnel for preventive and corrective maintenance of units. Requirements: Previous experience in similar positions within logistics/transportation. Knowledge of routing and fleet tracking. Proficiency in computer tools and management systems. Problem-solving profile, organized, and with strong communication skills. Conditions: Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Work modality: On-site. Work location: Southwest area of Rosario. Benefit: On-site meals. After completion of the training period, remote standby shifts (via mobile phone) will be required every other weekend to handle potential situations such as incidents, mechanical assistance, or spare parts management.
