For Marcelo Trento, an industrial reference company specializing in architectural and construction glass processing, we are seeking a General Manager. We seek a candidate with strategic vision and strong leadership capability to develop and support a process of professionalization, organizational transformation, and growth. This will be a key role to comprehensively coordinate operations and become a strategic partner to senior management. Rosario, Santa Fe (100% on-site, with periodic travel to Marcos Juárez) Main Responsibilities: Comprehensively lead company operations, coordinating Production, Sales, Administration, Logistics, and HR departments. Develop and support the organizational professionalization process, driving improvements in processes, KPIs, and work dynamics. Promote more efficient and structured management, strengthening cross-departmental and cross-team coordination. Actively participate in strategic decision-making alongside senior management. Monitor management KPIs and collaborate in implementing new management tools and systems. Represent the company before various external stakeholders: suppliers, consultants, customers, and industry-related entities. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance operational efficiency and business profitability. Requirements: University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Proven experience leading operations or comprehensive departments within industrial SMEs. Ability to manage teams, make decisions, and operate effectively in dynamic and challenging environments. Experience in professionalization processes, continuous improvement, or organizational transformation. Willingness to work on-site in Rosario and undertake periodic travel to Marcos Juárez. Also Valued: Familiarity with production processes and manufacturing environments. Ability to lead change, structure organizations, and develop middle management.
