Job Mission Professionalize the company's operational management through process design and implementation, efficient administrative team coordination, and resource optimization, serving as the primary liaison between the Partner Owners and daily operations. Key Responsibilities and Functions: Organization and Processes: Conduct analysis, design, and documentation of procedural manuals to standardize tasks within the administrative center. Team Management: Supervise staff performance, define clear objectives, manage work schedules and leave policies, and foster a productive work environment. Evaluate and promote benefits and compensation policies. General Administration: Management control (cash flow, external vendor relations, general services) and ensuring uninterrupted back-office operations. Control Dashboard: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure administrative efficiency and report results to Partner Owners. Change Management: Lead the transition from current/informal management practices to a professionalized structure, eliminating operational bottlenecks. We seek a professional with a university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with experience in similar roles (Operations Manager, Administrative Coordinator, or SME Manager), having led teams of at least 10 people—preferably with experience in professionalizing service-oriented SMEs (mandatory). Experience in the health sector is not required, but proven experience in highly demanding administrative environments is essential. The position requires key competencies such as situational leadership, systemic thinking, assertive communication, and results orientation. Advanced Excel proficiency and solid experience implementing or using management systems are mandatory. This is a significant challenge within a serious, growing organization. Permanent position.
