Main Responsibilities: - Analysis of pricing, competition, and product positioning across various digital channels. - Proposal and implementation of commercial actions, promotions, and sales strategies. - Optimization of listings (internal SEO on Mercado Libre, content quality, and reputation). - Analysis of key metrics: conversion rate, cart abandonment, response times, and overall channel performance. - Competitive benchmarking (products, pricing, shipping conditions, and reputation). - Tracking of commercial objectives and achievement of KPIs per channel. - Evaluation of the customer journey and proposal of improvements to the purchasing experience. - Comprehensive review of the purchase process: checkout, shipping, and after-sales, coordinated with internal departments. - Preparation of performance reports: conversion, complaints, shipping times, product turnover, and platform rankings. - Presentation of insights, deviations, and commercial opportunities to support decision-making. Requirements: - Prior experience in commercial or performance-related roles within e-commerce (mandatory). - Strong knowledge of digital metrics, data analysis, and conversion optimization. - Experience working with platforms such as Mercado Libre and/or Tiendanube. - Analytical profile, results-oriented, with strong commercial vision. - Ability to identify improvement opportunities and propose concrete actions. - Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools.
