WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU? Serve as the point of contact for customer service and support, responding to client inquiries regarding access, payments, invoices, and other administrative matters. Perform general administrative management and database maintenance, optimizing internal processes using artificial intelligence and automation tools. Coordinate events in their entirety, including logistics for travel and in-person meetings. Design and communicate institutional presentations and attractive graphic assets for social media publications. · WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? Proven experience of at least two years in customer service, support, and administration. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and task automation processes will be valued. Education or knowledge in Graphic Design and/or Administration. Intermediate or advanced English proficiency (B2 or C1).
