B&B Consultores is supporting Grunder, a growing company in the industrial sector, in recruiting a Commercial Technical Advisor with a strong business development profile. Base: Roldán, Santa Fe | National coverage About the Position: The selected candidate will play a key role in the company's commercial expansion, focusing on generating new opportunities nationwide. Main responsibilities include: Identifying and developing new customers. Generating opportunities through visits, trade fairs, active prospecting, and digital leads. Providing technical advisory services for wastewater and water treatment solutions. Managing the end-to-end commercial process. Required Profile: Experience in industrial or agribusiness sales (minimum 2–3 years). Commercial, proactive, and results-oriented profile. Strong communication, negotiation, and listening skills. General technical knowledge (industrial processes, fluids, mechanics, etc.). Proficiency in basic tools (Excel, sales tracking). Degrees in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields are highly valued. Work Modality: Based in Roldán, Santa Fe. Availability for frequent travel: approx. 2 weeks per month. National coverage, working by regions (NEA, NOA, Central, Cuyo, Patagonia, and Buenos Aires). Offer: Competitive salary + commissions.
