Under close supervision, this role collaborates with other team members to ensure funding deadlines are met, transactions are settled, and internal controls are followed. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * **GLOBAL FINANCING ACTIVITIES:** Executes basic and routine activities to ensure global funding needs are met, including trade confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and collection of regional funding positions. * **PROBLEM RESOLUTION:** Applies basic industry knowledge and provides support to internal partners in resolving funding issues in support of organizational activities. * **RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:** Supports collaboration with banks, brokers, and other internal and external counterparties to facilitate issue resolution. * **CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:** Collaborates on initiatives to improve treasury systems and processes to support organizational objectives and promote continuous improvement, such as the implementation of new financing structures and operations. * **COMPLIANCE:** Documents treasury activities to ensure compliance with internal control standards and regulatory requirements. \#LI\-LG1 and add \#LI Hybrid **Minimum and Typical Work Experience** --------------------------------------- * No minimum years of relevant experience required. * Typically reflected in 2 or more years of relevant experience. **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts. * Ability to identify process improvements and contribute to efficiency in financial operations.
