Work Modality: On-site in Rosario What challenges await you? Be a trusted commercial representative for our clients. You must build solid relationships with grain-selling clients, generating profitable and sustainable business over time. Deeply understand commercial tools in the grain and financial markets. You will advise on hedging strategies, physical and futures market conditions; thus, you need to develop technical judgment and operational agility. Make rapid decisions with economic impact. Markets move minute by minute. You will need the ability to monitor online prices, interpret trends, and act accordingly. Manage end-to-end business operations. From proposal formulation to post-sales follow-up (delivery, logistics, invoicing, and collections), you will be involved in the entire business cycle. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments. You will constantly interact with areas such as risk management, administration, and logistics; therefore, clear communication and autonomy are essential. Focus on numbers and management. Maintaining your portfolio up-to-date once assigned, conducting financial tracking, and never losing sight of the operational closing of each agreement will be critical. Requirements: We seek a commercially oriented individual with autonomy to manage business operations and resolve operational issues. University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Agribusiness, or related fields. At least 1 year of prior experience in commercial, financial, sales, or logistics areas. Enthusiasm to join the commercial team, learn the business, and develop expertise in grain marketing and capital markets. Prior experience in commercial roles at companies within the agribusiness sector or service industries will be highly valued.
