Key Responsibilities -Lead prospecting and identification of potential leads. -Initial qualification of opportunities. -Creation, updating, and organization of databases. -First contact with potential customers (messages, email, or calls). -Follow-up on contacts and response management. -Coordination and scheduling of business meetings. -Recording and maintenance of information in spreadsheets and CRM. Requirements -Prior experience in Customer Success, customer service, or managing inquiries via social media. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Experience interacting professionally with customers or users. -Proficiency with digital tools (Google Sheets, CRM, email, etc.). -Organized, methodical, and proactive profile. -English: intermediate to advanced level.-Requirements- Minimum education: High school 1 year of experience Languages: English Knowledge: Database, Organization, Spreadsheets, Prospecting, Follow-up, Response Management
