Brunch, pastry shop, and café seeks an experienced baker with expertise in laminated doughs for immediate incorporation. **Main responsibilities include:** Preparation and baking of bakery products, and lamination of fine and flaky doughs (croissants, Argentine pastries, pain au chocolat, etc.) Preparation and kneading of doughs. Monitoring of baking processes and product quality control. Operation and basic maintenance of ovens, mixers, and other bakery equipment. Requirements **Proven experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience **Technical skills:** Proficiency in industrial sheeters and manual techniques, with attention to detail and commitment to final product quality. **Production knowledge:** Experience in large-scale production and operation of industrial ovens, as well as other equipment such as proofers and blast chillers. **Professional attitude:** Responsibility, commitment, ability to work in a team, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.
