Job Summary: Supports process optimization, implementation of technological tools, and development of initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and operational quality. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of operational data to identify improvement opportunities. **Purpose of the Role and Impact** ----------------------------------- The Continuous Improvement area within Operations focuses on optimizing processes, implementing technological tools, and developing initiatives that increase efficiency, productivity, and operational quality. It works cross-functionally with various departments to identify improvement opportunities and generate business value. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Responsibilities may include some of the following (not necessarily all, depending on the specific department and assigned role): * Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of operational processes. * Participate in the development and implementation of technological tools (e.g., Power BI, automations). * Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities. * Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for tracking initiatives. * Collaborate with operational teams in implementing improvements. * Support projects related to efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Availability to undertake the internship. * Interest in process improvement, data analysis, or digital transformation. * Analytical skills and critical thinking. * Proficiency in Excel (Power BI or other tools are desirable). * Intermediate English (desirable). \#LI\_RA1
