Procurement Manager (End-to-End Management) A leading, rapidly expanding fragrance and cosmetics distributor is seeking a senior professional to lead its Procurement Department. We are targeting analytical, methodical professionals capable of managing the end-to-end procurement process. Position Mission Lead the company's procurement strategy, ensuring financial efficiency and administrative control. The objective is to guarantee an orderly, standardized, data-driven purchasing flow that enhances business profitability. Key Responsibilities (End-to-End Management) End-to-End Procurement Cycle Management: Full responsibility for the entire process—from need identification and planning through to receipt tracking and invoice control. Strategic Negotiation: Agreements with suppliers and brands (local and international) regarding pricing, margins, payment terms, rebates, and commercial bonuses. Commercial Agreement Management: Administration of testers, samples, A&P budgets, product launches, and brand support materials. Analytics and Data: Cost audits, profitability analysis per SKU/brand, and monitoring of management KPIs. Portfolio Development: Evaluation of new suppliers and market opportunities. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborative work with Finance, Sales, Logistics, and Marketing to align inventory with sales strategy. Requirements (Mandatory) Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency: Ability to process large volumes of data, create dynamic reports, and build control tools (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar roles, preferably within perfumery, cosmetics, or fast-moving consumer goods industries. Profile: We seek highly organized, analytical, and autonomous individuals capable of taking full ownership of the process and continuously proposing improvements. Education: Graduates or advanced students in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields. Systems: Solid experience using ERP systems.
