Quality and Process Control: Guarantee strict adherence to recipes, portion weights, baking times, stacking procedures, and cold chain requirements. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate Line Supervisors and operators, resolve conflicts, and foster a workplace culture oriented toward excellence. Efficiency and Cost Management: Monitor yield loss, raw material consumption, and propose improvements to optimize line productivity.
